Last week when we were at Boothbay Harbor we found this great little piece of driftwood tucked under a rock. Aged and weathered by years of sun, sand, wind and surf, I always image that these pieces are from an ancient shipwreck!

The driftwood had the remains of a metal piece that formed a perfect 'eye'. The tail was formed by nature. We gently shaped the head to coax out this great rustic folk art fish and mounted her on another piece of driftwood.

Stands about 12 inches tall and 12 inches wide.
